As a people called by God to form the congregation of Tazewell Presbyterian Church, we are striving to provide opportunities for our adult members of all ages that will enable each one to grow in the knowledge of what God requires of us as followers and servants of Christ in the community of faith. Our progressive Christian Education Team strives to adjust our programs to the current needs of our congregation.
Adult Sunday School Class
An adult Sunday school class meets Sundays at 10:00 AM in the fellowship hall at Black’s Chapel. This follows their 9:00 AM worship service.
There is also an adult Sunday school class that meets at 10:00 AM Sundays in the fellowship hall of Tazewell Presbyterian Church.
Both are composed of men and women of any age who are vitally interested in studying the Scriptures in depth, book by book, using a study guide and exploring ways it applies to our lives in today’s world as we seek to understand God’s will and purpose for us individually as well as corporately in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church.
